• MY ROLE & IMPACT: Since co-founding Friendina College in 2020, I have led its strategic vision and operational growth as CEO. I guide the institution’s mission to equip professionals with skills that meet international standards and local market needs, oversee curriculum development, and build strategic partnerships with corporate and development stakeholders. Under my leadership, the institution has expanded its footprint, delivered impactful training programs, and established strong corporate and academic networks.

XTRM Group's services span advisory & consulting, asset and investment management, real estate, property management, and travel & mobility support.
• MY ROLE & IMPACT: As Founder and Managing Partner, I lead the firm’s strategic direction and client engagement at the highest level. I work closely with Senior Partners, international partners, and institutional clients to build scalable solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and open new market opportunities. XTRM Group also plays a pivotal role in advising and structuring business ventures such as ML6 Group, ensuring they enter the market with robust governance frameworks, sustainable strategies, and operational readiness.

• ABOUT THE COMPANY: Africa Digital Comms is a communication and digital services agency specializing in digital marketing, event production, graphic design, social media management, and communication strategy for clients locally and internationally.
• MY ROLE & IMPACT: Since July 2021, I have served as Senior Business Advisor to Africa Digital Comms, providing strategic insight into business growth, operational efficiency, and client engagement strategies. My advisory work helps the agency build scalable solutions, strengthen client partnerships, and expand its influence in both local markets and the wider African digital ecosystem.

• ABOUT THE COMPANY: This is a newly established company in the Democratic Republic of Congo focused on high-impact ventures involving public transportation, construction, real estate, and corporate services. It was created with strategic advisory support and operational planning provided by XTRM Group to ensure strong foundational structures for sustainable growth.
• MY ROLE & IMPACT: As Founding Partner, I played a central role in designing ML6 Group’s governance and strategic framework. I helped guide the company’s initial structuring, investment-readiness planning, and foundational strategy—providing the vision and oversight needed to position the organization for long-term success in diverse sectors.
