I am a business development and strategy professional with experience working at the intersection of education, entrepreneurship, and organizational growth in the Democratic Republic of Congo and beyond.
I am deeply motivated by the belief that strong institutions, ethical leadership, and practical skills development are essential for Africa’s long-term growth. My work focuses on helping organizations move from ideas to impact, all thanks to my extensive professional experience in the following areas:
Led and supported teams and initiatives by establishing clear direction, strengthening management systems, and improving organizational alignment and execution.
Advised organizations on growth strategies, partnership development, and market positioning, with a focus on sustainable and context-appropriate solutions.
Designed and facilitated professional training programs aimed at developing leadership capacity, entrepreneurial thinking, and institutional performance.
Provided strategic and operational advisory services to organizations navigating growth, change, and institutional strengthening.
I hold an Associate and Bachelor’s degree in Applied Business Management from Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYUI) and, over the years I have created Muanda Foundation in 2017, then, amid the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, I co-founded Friendina College before launching my long-dreamed company, XTRM Group, in 2024 and, just a year later, created ML6 Group in 2025 alongside my brothers as a family business.
Born in Congo, I started my professional life with a brief banking career before serving a voluntary 2-year full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Republic of Kenya. I am married to Noelly Muanda.
