Who I am
I consider myself as a window, in fact a very tiny window, that always opens when the doors have all been closed. In my career, I have the following 3 words as my motto and guiding principles: Discipline, Concentration, and Balance. While working I give great care to teamwork and personal privacy.
Considering myself as a “traditional man” in a modern world, I have a very “black and white” view of the world, with a very little room for “gray.” My view of the world is that if I decide it’s the right thing to do, everyone should then agree with me.
I have an education in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and a bachelor’s degree of science in Applied Business Management from the University Brigham Young-Idaho (BYUI). I equally hold a certificate in Mapping and Visual Representation from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) and the World Health Organization (WHO). As a native French speaker, I have been certified as an Advanced High English Speaker by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).
My professional experience and overall life background include launching and managing startups, mentoring and coaching, as well as a very brief banking career in my home country of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. As a young man (in 2018), I served a 2-year voluntary full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Republic of Kenya.
I have previously worked as the Head of the Executive Training Department and the Human Resource Manager & Business Partner before my promotion and nomination (in May 6, 2022) as the Chief Executive Officer of Friendina College, a company that I co-founded.
Today, I provide business advisory and consulting services to people and companies who are interested in outsourcing and/or expanding their businesses in Africa. I invest in education, agriculture, real estate, finance, and philanthropy (with my Muanda Foundation). My passion for transmitting knowledge and caring for others are the driving engine behind my corporate success.
